Do you agree with the Southwest flight crew's decision to kick a mother and cranky 2-year-old off the flight?
Fri Oct 30, 2009
How about a minimum age of 5 to get on a commercial plane flight. Kids don't "need" to fly, its the parents that haul them all over the country...if relatives want to see the grandkids, let THEM travel to you!
Should pot-smoking patients be safe from federal prosecution in states that allow medical marijuana?
Mon Oct 19, 2009
How do you define medical condition....it could be anything, like a cold or headache. I think we might as well legalize for everyone.....but put a much heavier penalty on driving stoned or drunk.
Should kids be allowed to fly in first class?
Mon Jun 1, 2009
People always say they wish they didn't have to fly with babies, but they "have to". No, they really don't have to. If the relatives want to see your baby, let them fly to you on holidays. Don't take them on family vacations, they are too young to appreciate Disney World.
Should the Army exempt mothers with young children from active service?
Sat Feb 28, 2009
There must be someone - parents, siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins, or friends - that could take care of her kids while she is serving. She shouldn't expect them to come to her home either - she should take the kids where they have to go, and quit whining.

Thu Feb 12, 2009
Autism hasn't increased; years ago, these kids were diagnosed as retarded, mentally ill, or whatever. It's just a re-labeling. Austism is also more common if a parent has a mental problem, and a LOT more common if both parents - or their families - have such problems.
Is face transplant worth risking patient's life?
Wed Dec 17, 2008
If this woman's condition resulted from surgery for a smoking-related cancer, her family should say so. It might help other people to quit.
When it's time for Grandma to stop driving
Thu Oct 9, 2008
I have worked at a busy car dealership for 20+ years, and we get requests from family members to help get an older relative to stop driving. We called the DMV, and they told us if they get 3 complaints about someone's driving, they call them in for a road test.
